Installed by us

What reaches your building, and what it should cost.

Put in a postcode and how many people use the line. We tell you which lines are available there, the speed you will actually get, and which one we would put in.

From order to monitored

Four steps, and a temporary line in the gap so you are never without one.

1Day 0
Order and survey

We order the line and, for a leased line, book the survey. You get the install date in writing.

2Day 1
Temporary line in

A 4G router or a broadband line goes in the same week so you are never waiting without service.

3Install day
Engineer on site

Openreach or CityFibre install; we are there to move the firewall and test every phone.

4Day 1 after
Monitored

The line is on our monitoring; a drop raises a ticket before you ring.

We install, we monitor, we are the one number

One supplier for the line, the firewall, the Wi-Fi and the phones that run on it. When something is slow, you do not ring three companies to find out whose fault it is.
